PURPOSE:To provide the subject device wherein the diameter of the shaft screw is rendered into a large diameter and a volume adjusting space is provided at the junction part betwen the large diameter portion and the small diameter portion thereby to prevent the break of the screw in a small size device. CONSTITUTION:In an extruding machine comprising a material charging port 12, a degassing port 13, and an exhaust port 14, the shaft part of a screw 2 is rendered into a large diameter portion 21 and the front part thereof into a small diameter portion 22. The junction 24 of the large diameter part 21 and the small diameter part 22 has merely a conical surface, and a cylinder corresponding thereto also has a conical surface, whereby an adjusting space 5 is formed. The screw 2 is keyway fitted at the driving part 4, whereby its postion can be shifted longitudinally and the volume at the adjusting space 5 can be adjusted. As a result, even when a large torque is applied to the screw, it is not broken but there is no stalmate in the vent- up and exhaustion quantity, and the regeneration treatment of plastic films and the like can be carried out stably and economically. |
