PURPOSE:To increase an effective heat transmission surface by providing three dimentional net structured porous metallic foam material within the inner side of the tube for increasing a contact surface between the heat medium of the inner side of heat transmission tube and the heat transmission section and distributing evenly the heating medium by capillary force. CONSTITUTION:A heat transmission tube is configured by adhering closely to three dimentional net structured porous metallic foam material 5 having a communicating pore on the inside of pipe 3 on the external of which the fins 4 are disposed. The porous material 5 is desirable to have a porosity of 90% minimum, an aperture of 0.2-2mm, and a thickness of 1-2mm. Besides, for securing the porous metallic foam material 5 at the inside of the pipe, for example a plate type porous metallic foam material A may be inserted by machining to allow to make the same diameter with the heat pipe vessel inside diameter or smaller diamter with a roller, the vessel diameter may be reduced by use of a drawing dice after the foam material is inserted within the vessel in conjunction with a method adhering by a metal having a melting point lower than the foam material and the vessel material. |
