PURPOSE:To easily arrange and make the direction of magnetization uniform by utilizing the fact that the magnetic anisotropy of ferromagnetic substance varies with temperature and by preforming the pressing process at temperature over the transition temperature range of a specific rare earth elements. CONSTITUTION:When the temperature sensor is prepared by using ferromagnetic material, rearrangement type ferromagnetic substance of one or more of rare earth elements such as NdCo5, TbCo5 and RCo2 the direction of easily magnetized axis of which is paralle to the base face of the crystal at the transition temperature or less and that of which is in the direction of C-axis of crystal at the transition temperature or more are used. And fine powder said material is heated up to the transition temperature or more in the pressing process, the direction of magnetization in which the pressed substance passes through is converted into the direction of easily magnetized axis to make the direction of easily magnetized axis to make the direction of magnetization uniform. |
