PURPOSE:To radiate heat generated inside of the coil to outside and to improve the thermal security of coil by providing mixed fabric, which is woven with thin metal wire and insulated material perpendicularly intersecting each other, among layers of the ring coil so that the mixed fabric lay parallel to the axis of coil. CONSTITUTION:The mixed fabric 6, which is woven in such a way that thin metal wire 5 of good thermal conductor and electrically insulated wire 2 are alternately arranged to make themselves vertical components and another electrically insulated wire 2 is made perpendicularly intersect said wires to make itself a lateral component, is put among layers of the ring coil winded with superconduction wire 1 so that the thin metal wire of vertical component is parallel to the axis of coil. Also the surface of coil is covered with insulating fabric 3 made of electrically insulated material, the whole coil is impregnated with impregnant 4 to make themselves one body. In this way, heat generated inside of the coil is easily radiated, the thermal security of coil can be improved. |
