PURPOSE:To prevent a local crack of the punch and die, to extend the life of mold and to obtain a moldings with high precision by using stellite for the punch and die which form the mold. CONSTITUTION:The die 1 and punches 2, 3 of the mold which is used for molding rare earth elements-cobalt system magnet material powder 4 in the magnetic field are made of stellite. By this, the crack of punches, which is caused when the magnet material powder is pressed in the mold, and wear of the inner wall of die can be prevented, the life of mold can be extended and a moldings with high precision can be obtained. |
