PURPOSE:To prepare a acrylonitrile polymer composition having excellent homogeneity and physical properties suitable as a raw material of fiber, by mixing cellulose acetate, an acrylonitrile polymer and an A-B-type block copolymer. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is prepared by mixing (a) 10-70wt% of cellulose acetate having a degree of acetylation of 45-62.5%, (b)30-90wt% of an acrylonitrile polymer containing >=40wt% of acrylonitrile, and (c) 0.5- 10wt% of an A-B-type block copolymer wherein the polymer segment A contains at least one functional group selected from OH, amino, amide, and carboxyl, and the polymer segment B is composed mainly of acrylonitrile polymer, using (d) a solvent, e.g. an organic solvent such as dimethyl formamide and dimethyl acetamide, or a concentrated aqueous solution of an inorganic compound such as a rhodanide and ZnCl2. |
