PURPOSE:The signals from the photoelectric tube unit that detects fly wastes near flyers are sent to the off-delay circuit and when the signals from the circuit correspond to puls signals predetermined times, a yarn-break signal is sent, thus reducing erronous operations and detecting steadily the yarn break. CONSTITUTION:When the beam projected from phototube unit 3 along the flyer line is interrupted by fly wastes, the unit 3 sends a signal, which is input into off- delay circuit 6. While the output power from the circuit 6 is kept at level H, the pulse signals from pulse generator 8 are input into ''and'' element AND and the potential level at the output gate changes from level L to level H. Thus, fly waste- detecting signals are input in pulse counter 7 and the pulse counter counts the signals. When the counted number attaines the predetermined valuter, the yarn- break signals are output. |
