<p>The novel title cpds of formula (I): (where n is 2-4, R is H or 2-4C aliphatic acyl, R1 is 1-4C alkyl, 2-6C aliphatic acyl, or when n is 3 or 4, R1 may also be H, R2 is 2-4C aliphatic acyl, and R3 is lower alkoxy) and their acid addn salts are prepd. by acylation of the corresp. cpds. in which R2 is H, using acylating agents of formula R2X (where X is halogen or R2O). (I) have low toxicity and may be administered orally or parenterally in daily doses of 0.1-50 mg/kg.</p> |
