发明名称 FIXING METHOD OF NEGATIVE TYPE LITHOGRAPHIC PRINTING PLATE WHICH DOES NOT REQUIER DAMPENING WATER
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain superior fixability which is unaffected by light, solvents, etc. by providing a photosensitive layer containing orthoquinone diazide compound on a substrate and coating an amino silane layer and further silicone rubber layer thereon the subjecting and same to exposure and development followed by heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive layer containing orthoquinone diazide on a substrate such as chemically treated Al plate or the like and amino silane is coated thereon, after which a silicone rubber layer is coated. This printing original plate is exposed through a negative film and is developed, after which it is heat-treated within 10 minutes at 120 deg.C or more, preferably about 140-220 deg.C. The printing plate having been fixed in this way is perfectly fixed without causing peeling of the photosensitive layer through re-exposure or peeling by being subjected to change by solvents, etc. in ink. This owes to the effect that the orthoquinone diazide compound and amino silane react through heat treatment and crosslink the photosensitive layer.
