PURPOSE:To simplify the operation by the level set of the induction voltage adjuster and the dequeuing circuit with a single means. CONSTITUTION:The level set of the induction voltage regulator (IVR)1 is made by the level setter 18, and the motor M is driven until the set level is in agreement with the potential at the point C with the output of the differential amplifier 19. When the both vlotages are in agreement, the DC high voltage output is made stable. With this operation, the voltage at the output point B of the dequeuing level setter 13 is increased, and when it is in agreement with the set level of IVR, a trigger signal is given from the Schmitt trigger 20 to the thyristor 71 to stabilize the charging voltage of the pulse forming circuit network 11. That is, since the level set of the dequeuing circuit 7 follows up that of IVR, the stabilization of the output voltage is made by a single level setting. |
