Power generation from water - by heating to plasma and magnetic sepn. of oxygen and hydrogen for turbines

Pure water is heated to a temp where it forms a plasma consisting of oxygen and hydrogen. Magnets are used to separate the paramagnetic oxygen from the diamagnetic hydrogen, and both gases are allowed to expand in a separate turbine. Their exhausts are combined and passed through a prime mover, operated by oxyhydrogen gas. This uses water as fuel and produces enough energy to cover the process power and to supply spare power to other consumers.
