<p>PURPOSE:To increase the space availability for the winding with simplified manufacturing process by winding bobbin papers around a core, providing bobbin flanges over the core, and forming the winding to obtain a coil. CONSTITUTION:Bobbin papers 2 are wound around a central leg portion of an E-type laminated core 1 while overlapping the wound papers ends slightly. Bobbin flanges 3, 3 with the circumference in a horse-shoe shape are fitted to the proper positions over the core from the side corresponding to the overlapped papers ends, so that the papers 2 are fixed around the circumference of the core 1. Then, winding 4 is wound around the core between the flanges 3, 3, a protective cover 5 is armored thereon, an U-type laminated core 6 corresponding to the E-type core 1 is abutted, the protective cover 5 for armoring the winding 4 is fitted, and finally thus obtained coil is held integrally by the use of a base, a cap, or others to accomplish the finished product. Thus, the winding 4 is wound directly around the core 1 so that strength of the winding 4 is intensified by the core 1, very thin papers 2 can be used, thereby obtaining the increased space availability for the winding and the economical stabilizer.</p> |
