Construction element for room heating - has heat storage section with several heat exchange elements

The building element is for room enclosing surfaces in buildings. It consists of a heat storage section which is heated up by a heat generator. The heat storage section has a heat delivering inner side which faces the inside of the building and a thermally insulating sheathing on the outside of the heat storage section away from the building inside. The heat storage section (1) has several heat exchange elements (5) which carry a heat carrier medium and can be connected with circuits of the heat generator. The heat exchange elements (5) pass through the heat storage section in planes which follow each other from inside (2) to outside (4). They can be controlled to pass the heat transfer medium through the heat exchange element of a given plane.
