The frame unit is for displaying pictures and photographs and is of varying size. The frame is made up of various separate frames (1, 2, 3) which are inserted into each other so that they can easily be detached, to form a single frame. The edge surfaces (4, 5, 6, 7) of the separate frames, when fitted together, touch each other at equal slanting angles, and are conical. The back of the inner edges of the separate frames (1, 2, 3) preferably have holes in (8, 9, 10) all round. The frames can be made of wood, metal, plastic or other similar material, and are preferably square in shape, but also can be round or oval.
