PURPOSE:To facilitate handling, a driving part and a detection part are made into separate units and connected by use of flexible connection material. CONSTITUTION:A driving part 11 containing a mechanizm capable of manual or electrical reciprocating motion with a required stroke is made into a unit. Also, a detection head 13 having a glass cylinder 16, piston 17, light source 19, and light receiving element 20 is made into a separate unit. A connection material 12 consists of a cap tire cable containing power transmission release wire 14, power and signal- use covered wires 15a, 15b in the same sheath wire. Both of the above units are connected by the connection material 12. This facilitates packing and transportation and provides broader range of measurement application. The operation is so simplified as to merely lower the detection head 13 into the liquid to be tested and to hang. Thus, the transfer of measurement location, maintenance and inspection are greatly faciliated. |
