PURPOSE:To prevent vibration of a machine to yield vibration and impulse force in the horizontal direction by providing a means to guide in free command of swiveling only in one direction a swiveling material which has curvature whose upper and lower surfaces are smooth near the middle. CONSTITUTION:A swiveling material 10 is formed by steel, etc., whose upper surface 11 and lower surface 12 have smooth spherical surface near the middle, the sum of the curvature radius R a of the upper surface and the curvature radius R b of the lower surface is larger than the thickness d of the swiveling material. The upper surface of a fitting material 16 composed of the floor, etc. has a horizontal supporting surface 17 to support the swiveling material 10 formed thereupon. A fitting material 20 made of steel, etc. is fitted to the lower surface of a supported material 18, a horizontal surface 21 in contact with the swiveling material 10 is formed on the lower surface of this fitting material 20. Thus, since exceedingly low horizontal sense intrinsic frequency is readily obtained, the structure to allow the amplitude in the horizontal direction. |
