PURPOSE:To make the promotion of simplification and shortening of time for the manufacturing process, by providing a process of drying between processes of impregnation and electrolyzing, with a shifting made toward the process of electrolyzing after a repeated operation of this process of impregnation-drying. CONSTITUTION:A series of the processes; a provess A where a nickel salt hydroxide or cadmium salt is impregnated to the porous substrate processed a sintering of fine powder of nickels; an electrolyzing process B, with a condition of active material obtained in the alkaline electrolyte; water washing process C; and a drying process D, is repeatedly operated several time with a prescribed amount of impregnation of the active material obtained to construct a plate. At this time, with a drying process D' further provided between the impregnation process A and the electrolyzing process B, after a repetition of operation of this impregnation process A and drying process D', the work is made proceeding to the next electrolyzing process B. |
