EQUIPMENT FOR COOLANT INTAKE AT HEAT EXCHANGER

PURPOSE:To enable to form an anticorrosive membrance with relatively simple structure by putting an electrolysis iron ion generator in pipe arranged at neighbor of water tank. CONSTITUTION:A short cylinder shape opening 2 is set on a pipe 1 connecting a water tank and an intake path and at relatively close place from the water tank. A cover 4 for the opening 2 is closed with flange 3 and clamp 5, and two copper supports 6 and 6' are welded on the back of cover 4 with some gap. A group of plate shape iron electrodes 7a-7m are set in between the support plates 6 and 6' through an insulator 8. Each electrode plate 7 is arranged parallelly to water flow in the pipe and they are connected in parallel with two plate shape unsolvable electro-conductors 10 so as each neighbor electrodes 7 be opposite polarity. The conductor 10 is connected with a pole shape unsolvable conductor 11 which is further connected with a D.C. generator being involved a polarity switching device.
