PURPOSE:To assure stable electric capacity and to improve the workability, by employing zinc board coated with gold as cathode active material to perform the process in the cell. Then separator 5 is mounted on anode member and a gasket 7 is placed on the circumference of separator. Then a zinc board 4 precoated with gold is mounted in cathode can 3 and electrolyte absorving material 6 absorved with alkaly electrolyte liquid dissolved with mercury chloride is mounted. Then said cathode can 3 is pressure inserted into anode can through gasket. Since the process is performed in the cell, very stable electric capacity is assured and the workability is improved. |
