The present invention relates to a device for feeding adhesive tape stitches for binders of continuous forms for tabulation machines, having a chain wheel 4, for placing the front end of each stitch into a corresponding hole in perforations in the side margins of the forms 5 placed, in connection with the binding stage, one on top of the other, and a pair of rollers 6, for moving the said forms and fastening the said front end of each stitch beneath the lower form, the invention being characterized in that the device according thereto comprises a roller pair 14,15 for moving the adhesive tape 16 at right angles to the motional direction of the forms by periodic advancement with the aid of a locking system 32,33,34 connected to a "cosmodrome" wheel 30, a head 21 which rotates vertically in the motional direction of the forms and which is provided with at least one eccentric cutting edge 28 and a corresponding presser 28' for, for each revolution, cutting off the adhesive tape 16 and obtaining a binding stitch 3 thereof and then, in interaction with a rubber-lined roller 39 which raises the forms 5, fastening the rear end of the said stitch on the upper form, a device for rotating the head 21 synchronously with the movement of the forms 5 intended for binding, and a device for moving the adhesive tape 16 synchronously with the rotation motion of the head 21. <IMAGE>
