PURPOSE:To realize a mass production of compact transformers for desk top calculator and the like by binding and winding coils round a multiple-terminal core with winding pattern, cutting wire rods near the terminal and automating in sequence the process form feeding cores to discharging products. CONSTITUTION:A feed unit 14 is arranged oppositely to a core chuck 13 on the outside of a dividing table 12 running intermittently, and the core chuck 13 running on its axis at regular intervals is arranged in plural number inside the table 12. There are further arranged, along with the feed unit 14, a holding correction unit 15, a plural number of binding units 16-18 and a core extracting unit 19 circumferentially thereon and wire rod gripping devices 20-22 between the units 18, 19. And an arrangement is such that the units 16-18 are provided with a cutter device, a rate of axial rotations is determined at the position opposite to each unit 16-18 according to a winding pattern, the opposite terminal is bound when the chuck 13 is stopped by the units 16-18, and the chuck 13 rotates axially to coil winding. |
