<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a one-turn short circuit of a shield ring by installing a split of the shield ring for electric field relief on the outer periphery with a cylindrical shield and protecting the end of the split with the shield. CONSTITUTION:End plates 16, 18 are fixed oppositely on both ends of a split 4 of a shield ring 3, the end plate 18 is provided with a terminal 18a to mount a connecting lead 13 and an insulating plate 5 is inserted between the end plates 16, 18 to prevent a one-turn short circuit of the shield ring 3. The split 4 of the shield ring 3 is adjusted so as to work at the same potential as the cylindrical shield 12, end then the end 16a of the split 4 is protected by the cylindrical shield 12 same in potential as the shield ring 3. This constitution is available enough to protect the end 16a of the split 4 of the shield ring so simply.</p> |
