<p>A device for measuring the thickness of accumulator plates in the course of their sorting comprises a hollow casing (1) divided by a movable partition (2) into a measuring chamber (3) and a counter-pressure chamber (4). The measuring chamber (3) is interconnected through an outlet channel (7), with a sensitive element (8) having a cavity for placing into it the plate to be measured. The counter-pressure chamber (4) is interconnected through an outlet channel (16) and a counterpressure air nozzle (17), with a transmitting element (18) fixed to the movable partition (2) and consisting of a wedge (19) and a damper (21) fixed to each other. The device comprises as well an indicator of the displacement of the transmitting element (18), that indicator being a multirange photo-relay (24) interacting with the damper (21). The wedge (19) is mounted with the possibility of changing the angle of inclination of its working surface (20) in relation to the counter-pressure air nozzle (17) thus enabling the adjustment of the gain ratio of the transmitting element (18) and the regulation of the range of displacement of the damper (21) in relation to the photo-relay (24). </p> |
