PURPOSE:To make it possible to realize an oscillator circuit rigidly by constituting a high-frequency short-circuit circuit by co-plane lines easy to obtain and manufacturing a end-shorted line for trial rigidly. CONSTITUTION:Gate terminal 3, soruce terminal 4 and drain terminal 5 are provided in the chip of FET 1, and respective terminals are connected to slot connection lines 11, 12 and 13 through metallic wire 2. Slot connection lines 11-13 share a grounded conductor, and lines 11, 12 and 13 are used as the end- shorted line for current feedback, the output line, and the end-shorted line for frequency adjustment respectively. These lines are arranged aroud FET 1 radially, and fine adjustment of oscillation characteristic can be performed easily by changing line length. |
