PURPOSE:To improve small-size and electric characteristics by omitting a matching transformer to reduce insertion loss and using an impedance-matched isolator. CONSTITUTION:This unit is constituted by isolator A1 and distributing and synthesizing equipment T2 using ferrite, and in isolator A1, one terminal 21 of three- terminal coaxial circulator S1 having terminals 20-22 is terminated by terminal resistor R2. Input signals applied to terminal 20 are transmitted to terminal 22 by circulator S1 and are distributed to terminals 2A and 2B by distributing and synthesizing equipment T2. Since terminal 22 is so set that characteristic impedance may be Z0/2, troubles scuh as inpedance mismatching are not generated even in case of direct connection to distributing and synthesizing equipment T2. Even if signals in a direction opposite to input signals are applied to terminal 22, these signals are transmitted to terminal 21, and as a result, these signals do not appear at terminal 20. |
