PURPOSE:To improve the S/N ratio of data in a wavelength drive type spectrophotometer by conducting digital accumulation mean calculation of advantageously having high speed calculating capacity of relatively numerous data during microscopic stopping time in mechanical intermittent drive type of wavelength. CONSTITUTION:An integrator is composed of an adder 3 and a latch 4 to accumulate at as allowable speed of an AD converter 2 as possible during the time when a wavelength drive signal 14 is not applied thereto. A counter 7 counts the number of AD conversions, and is reset at its counted value when the signal 14 is applied thereto. When the drive signal is applied to the integrator, and adder 3 and the latch 4 are stopped accumulating, and the integrated value is also reset to zero after delay time of a pulse delay circuit. Then, the data immediately before the adder 3 and the latch 4 are reset is divided by the content of the counter 7 by a divider 5 through a DA converter to be applied to a display unit. |
