<p>This device for stabilizing sealed gas pressure comprises a hollow unit (10) which has a first pipe (11) of conductance C1, a second pipe (12) of conductance C2 and a third pipe (13) of conductance C3 connected with each other. The conductance C1 is lower than both conductances C2 and C3. The first pipe (11) is connected to a gas source (15) containing the same gas as a desired gas to be sealed within a bulb (1), the second pipe (12) is connected to a pressure reducing system (17), and the third pipe (13) is connected to the bulb (2). The conductances C1 and C2 are so set that the gas pressure within the third pipe (13) is equal to or lower than the desired gas pressure within the bulb (1) under a condition where the gas from the gas source (15) steadily flows from the first pipe (11) to the second pipe (12). </p> |
