PURPOSE:To improve output offset by making voltages between the collector and the emitter of PNP transistors equal to each other approximately and providing a level shift circuit to reduce the influence of Early effect. CONSTITUTION:One current miller circuit is formed by transistors 101-103 and resistances 105 and 106. Similarly, another current miller circuit is formed by transistors 107-109 and resistances 111 and 112. Further, a current miller circuit is formed by transistors 113-115. Level shift circuit 123 which makes voltages between the collector and the emitter of PNP transistors 102 and 108 equal to each other approximately to reduce the influence of Early effect is provided between transistors 108 and 113. A circuit where diodes are connected in series is used as this level shift circuit 123. |
