The solid or liq. food is admixed with free fatty acids and monoglycerides or their mixts. with diglycerides, fats and/or medium-chain triglycerides. The dietetic food contains 2-25 (pref. 10-20) Joule-% protein (including aminoacids, oligo- and polypeptides), 5-40 (15-30) Joule-% fat (including free fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides), 30-80 (50-70) Joule-% carbohydrates (mono-, oligo- and polysaccharides and sugar alcohols), minerals, trace elements and raw fibre. Patients having a limited digestion capacity for fats are given an adequate quantity of essential fats. |
