Lightweight portable folding baby seat - fits any normal chair when unfolded from compact packing configuration

The folding baby seat has no stand but can be adjusted in height by scissor-like elements(3) with known locking and release mechanisms so that it can be used on any standard seat unit. The baby seat has a movable lockable backrest which when the chair is folded down serves as an overall cover. The seat can have a protective tubular frame(2) wherein the height adjustment mechanism engages in this frame but is connected to the seat. A resilient strap(7) fitting over the support chair serves as the fastening strap when the seat is folded down to form a compact unit. A baby restraint belt is also fitted.
