Sheet metal handling installation - uses slider as stack separating element with stageless height adjustment and adjustable in longitudinal direction

The sheet metal handling installation is used to subdivide a continuous stack of sheet metal into parcels of constant thickness. The installation is fitted with a separating element in the form of a slider (4) which is provided with stageless height adjustment by a sliding stamp (2). The assembly has a rotatable bearing and it is adjustable in a longitudinal direction. In addition the sliding stamp is forcefully wedged before ending the first half of the sliding out operation with the aid of the angle lever (3) and an incline (1).
