Each of the links of a plastics chain comprises a length of solid plastics tubing which is bent into a generally rectangular shape in such a way that the free ends meet at the centre of a long side of the rectangle and are then each bent inwardly through 180 degrees. The rectangle has curved corners. A gap is provided between the facing portions of the inwardly directed tubing, and between the terminal parts and the adjacent longitudinal side. The arrangement is such that the gaps are smaller than the dia. of the tubing, and are connected by a gap of wider dimension than the tubing dia. |
