<p>The system produces one-piece reinforced concrete cells with lengthwise walls, an end wall, and top and bottom panels and open at one end, e.g. prefabricated garages. The reinforcing material, assembled into a cage, is inserted in the formwork, after which the concrete is poured, and when partly set the cell is knocked out and transported on a rolling pallet to a finishing station. The assembled reinforcing cage (10) is rolled into the formwork and tipped into position for pouring, in which the end edges of the cell panels are at the bottom and in a horizontal plane, the entire pouring operation being then carried out. The cell is then tipped back into the working position and fully knocked out before insertion into the next finishing station (13).</p> |
