<p>A control device for swivelling activation engages a series of parallel strip-shaped closing elements in the doorway, window or similar opening. Each element consists of a pair of lamellae. Control involves tension devices (175) with two draw members, esp. cords (177). They engage all the pairs (155-157). The front cord engages the front lamella in each pair, and the rear cord engages the rear one, at equal transverse intervals from the swivel axis. This is done so that front and rear lamellae in each pair are moved apart into an opening position, when an opening force is exerted, and folded together in a closed position when the cords are released. This system is easily operated, and compact, with no protruding lamellae.</p> |
