<p>The connector providing the connection of an optical fibre (45) and a light-emitting diode is formed of a base (15), one tubular end (21) of which receives a peg (22) carrying a joining piece (25), at the end of which there is immobilised the end of the fibre (45), and which is mounted floatingly in the peg (22). The latter and the joining piece (25) are immobilised in rotation in relation to the base (15), and the joining piece (25) is applied axially by resilient means against the window (11) of a light emitting diode of the joining piece receiver, the body of which constitutes simultaneously the body of the light emitting diode, and the position of which in relation to the base (15) is adjustable in a radial plane. <IMAGE></p> |
