PURPOSE:To prepare food having high nutrient value and digestibility and effective for the prevention of arteriosclerosis, by immersing soybeans and tangle in vinegar. CONSTITUTION:Soybeans and small pieces of tangle are immersed in natural vineger brewed from rice, for about 2 weeks. The flavor and taste of the tangle dissolved in the vinegar are absorbed in the soybeans, to give health food having high nutrient value and digestibility and good taste and flavor free from the small characteristic to soybean. |
