<p>The skis float and permit the user to remain on the surface of the water. A recess for the users foot is moulded into the upper surface at the centre of gravity. On the lower surface which is concave for deflection are attached a series of articulated, shuttered blades. When the user moves his leg the blades fold up in a reverse direction, moving the ski in a forward direction. The skis are made of a lightweight buoyant foam material with a strong outer casing.</p> |
