The analog signals limiter - with at least unilateral adjustment of the limit threshold - provides as abrupt as possible cutout of the signal in the limiting mode without disrupting the linear properties of the signals in the vicinity of the threshold. Each direction of signal limiting is determined by a comparator (KO1, KO2) for comparing an electrical reference magnitude(UV1, UV2) having one of the relevant adjustable amplitudinal values, with the analog signals. Switching facilities(S1, S2, S3) are controlled by the output signals from the comparators and one switch serves to switch through the analog signals to the output(A) provided the signal is within limits regarding amplitude. Each direction of signal limiting is determined by additional switch(S2, S3) for throughput of the relevant electrical reference magnitudes (UV, UV1, UV2) to the output(A) provided that the analog signal(s) amplitude is within limits in the relevant signal limiting direction.
|
