PURPOSE:To enable a plastic to be smoothly covered, without allowing a bonding agent layer to melt and flow out, by making a non-fluid bonding agent layer intervene between a core material and a plastic (or synthetic resin). CONSTITUTION:A non-fluid bonding agent 3 to be used is prepared in such a manner that a base material composed of a sheet or tape-like paper or non-woven cloth soaked into a solvent-diluted molten bonding agent and dried. The bonding agent to be used is that of the tape which is to be provided with adhesion by being heated. A core material 11 is preheated by heat from a heat nozzle 6, the non-fluid bonding agent layers 3 are struck together by a press-fit rolls 7, and a plastic 2 is extruded by a crosshead die 4 of an extrusion press 5 for covering the core material. It is possible, in this way, to smoothly cover the core material 1 with the plastic layer 2, without allowing the bonding agent layers 3 to melt and flow out by the plastic-processing high temperature, even at the time when the product has an irregular sectional shape such as a V-groove, etc. |
