Stereoregular polyolefins were prepd. by polymn. or copolymn. of C 3 -olefin in the presence of catalysts having durable activity consisting of A) R'mAl (OR")3-m [R',R" =alkyl, m = 1.5-3 and B) complexes prepd. from i) Mg halides, ii) org. polysiloxanes from Q(Q 2SiO)nSiQ3 [Q = H, alkyl, cycloalkyl, or aryl, n = 1-1000 and (Q2SiO)n, iii) org. carboxylic ester, and iv) Ti(OR)l X4-l (R = alkyl, X = halogen, l = 0, or 1-4.
