The mount comprises a first portion(31) adapted for receiving a yoke, a second portion(30) adapted for the connection of a cathod ray tube, a plurality of adjustable springs interconnecting the first and second portions, and means(46) for locking the first and second portions, and means(46) for locking the first and second portions together. The adjustable springs permit to move the yoke along one axis while securing its position along an orthogonal axis. In one preferred embodiment, a platform is provided with projections extending therefrom. A housing on which a yoke may be mounted is attached to the projections.
