The title materials for high-speed recording in telecommunications systems, graphic reproduction systems, and the like were composed of an elec. conductive support with a dielec. layer contg. 10-70 % (based on the dry wt. of the layer) of a siloxane-coated, finely divided, nonelec. conductive, and nonphotoconductive powder. Thus, a coating compn. contg. a methylphenylsiloxane-coated clay 1 part and a 20% aq. ammonia soln. of a butadiene-methacrylic acid-Me methacrylate-styrene(3:2:3:2) polymer 1 part was coated on the support.
