PURPOSE:To secure the display of the picture simultaneously with its selective switching by memorizing the video signal caught by the radar antenna into the memory corresponding to the direction of the video signal and at the same time reading the memory corresponding to the opposing direction of the sweep position in the display mode. CONSTITUTION:The reflection signal sent from the target caught by radar antenna 1 is changed into the video signal via receiver 2 and then digitized by quantizer 3. While the direction of antenna 1 is detected by gyrocompass 4 and the applied to writing selector 6. Selector 6 delivers the signal of the memory address corresponding to the opposing direction to the signal showing the direction of antenna 1. Digital memory 7 selects the memory address opposing to the signal the memorize the video signal. The contents of memory 7 are read out in sequence via reading selector 10 to be displayed on CRT13 via video amplifier 11. At the same time, deflecting circuit 12 is operated to read out the sweep position of CRT13 and the contents of the address of memory 7 corresponding to the opposing direction to the sweep position in the selected display mode for display on CRT13. |
