PURPOSE:To scheme to improve filling work efficiency by forming electrode constituting mixture in flat form and punching-out said plate and filling it in a battery case. CONSTITUTION:The electrode constituting mixture 1 having carbon powder as inductive agent, manganese dioxide powder as active agent, and polytetra-fluoro- ethylene powder mixed is filled into a vessel 2. Then, the mixture described above is rolled by a rolling mill 3 and formed into flat plate, then punched in a prescribed dimension by a punching machine 4, and thus electrode constituting mixture 5 is formed. The mixture 5 is stored in a battery case 6, and pressure-applied by a pressurizing machine 7, and filled in the battery case. By this method, the adhesive elctrode constituting mixture containing active agent can be filled automatically into the battery case without weighing. |
