PURPOSE:To secure a simultaneous examination for a number of foreign matters in a simple and accurate way by heating the tape-wound material stored in the heat- resistant transparent container up to the temperature higher than the fusing point and then giving penetrating observation under these conditions. CONSTITUTION:The inner surface of the heat-resistant transparent container like the glass Schale or the like is cleansed previously. At the same time, the tape-wound material is drawn out after examination, along with coating of the release agent for simplification of the after-process. Then the wound material of the mold forming plastic tape which is made transparent by heating is stored into the container. This container is then heated in the thermostatic oven or the like until the stored tape reaches the fusing point to be turned transparent. Under these conditions, the container is shifted to the light table or the like, and thus the inside of the tape wound material is observed by the naked eyes while irradiating the light from above. In this case, even the micro foreign matters can be detected easily with use of a magnifier. The tape-wound material after the examination can be taken out easily from the container by cooling and solidifying it. |
