<p>External insulation applied to building comprises a layer of thermal insulation, a layer of sheet material which can absorb thermomechanical stresses, and an external coating. The layers are directly superimposed one upon the other as prefabricated panels. The composite cover requires less manual labour than application of cement impregnated glass fibre matting, and is less prone to cracking.</p> |
