The complex ceramic preventing the reflexion of unnecessary waves is composed of 2 more ceramics which can mix and sinter with each other and of which one ceramic is at sintering temperatures lower than the other ceramics. The complex ceramic is sintered at sintering temperatures similar to the one of which temperatures are lower than the other's. The concentrated ceramic is operated as the wave passway and the porous ceramic is operated as the reflexion preventor of ultrasonic waves.
