<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the dehumidifying performance of a dehumidifying membrane of a PVA-based polymer from being affected by the steam content of mixed gas by incorporating an isobutylene-maleic anhydride copolymer, a salt thereof, gelatin, etc., into the membrane. CONSTITUTION:One or more among an isobutylene-maleic anhydride copolymer, a salt thereof, gelatin and polyvinylpyrrolidone are incorporated into a dehumidifying membrane of a PVA-based polymer by about 10-200wt.%. The dehumidifying performance of the membrane is made independent of the steam content of mixed gas. The performance of a dehumidifying membrane of PVA deteriorates extremely in accordance with the lowering of the steam content.</p> |
