<p>Water-base epoxy resin compositions comprising(a) a liquid grade epoxy resin, (b) an adduct of a water soluble polyamide, ¢e.g., reaction product of a polycarboxylic acid and a polyamine/poly(oxyalkylene) amine! with a liquid grade epoxy resin, e.g., a diglycidylether of bis-phenol A, and (c) zinc dust of fine particle size. Such compositions are useful as coatings (primers) having high durability and excellent corrosion resistance.</p> |
