PURPOSE:To extrusion-mold a cement product having superior toughness and flexibility without using asbestos by adding a kaolin type clay mineral whose crystal structure has low regularity to specified materials including cement and by successively subjecting them to dry mixing, kneading with water, extrusion molding, curing and hardening. CONSTITUTION:Kaolin type clay mineral of 5-30wt.% whose crystal structure has low regularity is added to 20-50wt.% cement, 20-60wt.% siliceous aggregate, 1-10wt.% pulp fibers and 0.2-1.0wt.% extrusion molding assistant. They are dry-mixed, kneaded with water and extrusion-molded and the resulting molded body is cured and hardened as usual to produce a cement product. By this method, very high extrudability is obtd. without using asbestos and a cement board having superior strength can be produced. |
